Publisher Agreement

1. Domain and zone approval

You may add only domains you own or are authorised to operate. Before a domain can serve, AdxLoad may require the ownership tag and the AdxLoad ads.txt record to be verified. Create zones only for eligible domains and keep the supplied tag unchanged.

2. Acceptable inventory

Use placements where visitors can see and interact with the ad. Do not generate traffic, impressions or clicks artificially; hide, stack or refresh ads deceptively; place tags on unauthorised domains or inside prohibited frames; or distribute adult or pornographic, gambling, weapons, illegal, malware or otherwise unsafe or non-family-safe content.

3. Formats and delivery

Available formats can include display/banner, native, in-page push, interstitial and popunder, subject to the format controls enabled by AdxLoad. Consent, brand-safety, domain, device, browser and traffic-quality checks may limit delivery. No fixed fill rate or eCPM is guaranteed.

4. Revenue and payments

Publisher revenue is calculated from verified eligible events after quality checks, viewability or qualification rules where applicable, and any required corrections. The account shows the earning period and payment status. The current payment method is USDT on the TRON network (TRC20); save a valid wallet before a payment can be released. The platform reviews weekly periods and releases approved amounts on the scheduled payment day, subject to the displayed minimum, compliance review and any lawful deductions.

5. Invalid traffic and holds

Bot, fraud, iframe, spoofed, duplicated and other invalid traffic is blocked or excluded. If a source creates a quality risk, AdxLoad may limit serving, hold earnings, reverse invalid amounts or suspend the zone while it investigates. We keep the records needed to explain a correction or resolve a dispute.

6. Your responsibilities

Maintain a working site, accurate category, current contact details, a secure wallet and the required ads.txt line. Do not share account access. Report a suspected tag or payment issue through the contact form.
