Privacy Policy

Current
Privacy in brief

AdxLoad uses the minimum information needed to run accounts, deliver ads safely, measure valid results, prevent fraud and pay publishers. Optional cookies and non-essential storage are controlled by the visitor's consent choices.

1. Who is responsible

Bambar Media DOOEL Macedonia operates the AdxLoad website, account panels and advertising services. The privacy contact shown at the end of this page is the first contact for data-protection questions.

2. Information we receive

  • Account information: name, email, account type, company details, timezone, verification status and support messages.
  • Advertiser information: campaign, creative, landing-page, budget, invoice, top-up and billing records.
  • Publisher information: approved domain, tag and ads.txt verification, zone, payout and USDT TRON (TRC20) destination details.
  • Delivery and security signals: IP-derived country signal, device type, operating system, browser, language, referrer, page context, consent state and event timestamps. We use these signals for targeting, reporting, rate protection and fraud prevention; raw visitor identifiers are not displayed in account reports.
  • Technical records: sign-in events, security logs and essential session cookies needed to keep the panel secure.

3. Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify domains and email addresses, deliver and measure campaigns, prevent invalid traffic, process payments, answer support requests, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. We use consent where optional cookies or non-essential measurement require it, and legitimate interests or contract performance where appropriate.

4. Cookies and consent

Essential cookies keep sign-in, security and language preferences working. Optional analytics and advertising-preference storage is off until the visitor chooses it. The visitor can reopen Cookie settings from the website footer and change the choice at any time. Blocking optional cookies does not prevent access to public pages.

5. Sharing and service providers

We share only what is needed with hosting, email, payment, analytics and security providers acting under instructions, and with authorities when required by law. Advertisers receive aggregated campaign results rather than a visitor's name, exact address or account data. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and international processing

We retain account, financial, campaign and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet accounting or legal duties. Providers may process data in other countries; we use contractual or other lawful safeguards where required.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent. Deletion may be limited where an immutable payment, tax, fraud or dispute record must be retained; in that case we anonymise personal fields and explain the reason. Use the privacy request form and include the account email so we can verify ownership. Signed-in account holders can also use Account settings → Delete account to close their account and anonymise personal details.

8. Children and prohibited use

AdxLoad is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not knowingly submit a child's personal information or use the platform for unlawful profiling, discrimination, malware or prohibited content.

9. Updates

We update this page when our processing, payment methods or legal duties change. The version and effective date above show which notice is currently published.
