Technical & Integrations

Are the Go ad server and ClickHouse third-party services?

The Go ad server is your own optional serving service, deployed beside the Laravel control panel. ClickHouse is an optional analytics database you may self-host or obtain from a hosted provider. Laravel reporting remains the fallback.

How is the Go ad server connected to Laravel?

Select the Go serving engine, enter its base URL and a private sync token matching ADSERVER_SYNC_TOKEN. The adx:sync-adserver scheduled command sends verified zones and active approved campaigns every minute.

Why are iframe and ad-block signals enforced?

Serving inside an iframe hides important page context and can create invalid inventory. All formats are blocked in iframes. Ad-block detection applies to display, in-page push and interstitial; popunder is the only ad-block exception.

What happens when an ad request is inside an iframe?

The serving endpoint rejects the request before rendering a creative or third-party code. This anti-stuffing rule applies to every inventory format and cannot be disabled by publishers.

How are bots and fake clicks detected?

Traffic quality combines request reputation, automation signals, impossible interaction patterns, click timing, repeat activity, mouse and pointer behavior, bounce patterns and publisher-source history. Rules are layered and administrator thresholds can block a zone.

What is the RTB partnership process?

RTB access is request-only. Submit the public technical application with role, volume, formats, timezone and contact details. An administrator reviews it and creates an account only after approval.

Why might analytics take time to update?

The serving path records events immediately, while aggregated reporting can refresh on a schedule. Check the selected date range, timezone and filters. Real-time and finalized totals may differ briefly while invalid events are reviewed.

Account & Support

Can I sign up and log in with Google?

Google signup is available to advertiser and publisher accounts when configured by an administrator. First-time users must still complete the required business and payment onboarding. Later logins can use one click.

What should I include in a support ticket?

Read the closest knowledge-base answer first. Then include a precise subject, the campaign/domain/payout reference, steps to reproduce, expected versus actual behavior, the exact error, time zone and helpful screenshots. Never send passwords or secret API keys.

Which interface languages are available?

The platform offers English, Turkish, Albanian, German, Russian and Spanish on public and authenticated pages. Select your language from the header or footer language menu. Content entered by users is preserved in its original language.

Where do I sign in?

Advertisers, publishers, RTB partners and staff all use the same secure login form. Enter your account email and password; AdxLoad sends you to the correct workspace automatically.

How do I choose my timezone?

Select any IANA timezone from the searchable list. Every option includes its current GMT offset, including positive and negative offsets. Reports and scheduled account information use the saved timezone.

Can an advertiser register as an individual?

Yes. Choose Individual on advertiser signup and no company name is requested. Business accounts select Business and must provide the company or trading name.

How do I contact AdxLoad before I have an account?

Use the public Contact page and choose the relevant relationship. Provide a clear subject and at least 20 characters of detail. The confirmation includes a reference that identifies your message in the admin support inbox.

Why should I read the Knowledge Base before opening a ticket?

The Knowledge Base uses the same reviewed articles inside public, advertiser and publisher help areas. Reading the closest answer often resolves setup questions immediately and attaches better context when a private ticket is still needed.

Billing & Payments

Where can I find transaction and payout references?

Advertisers see top-ups, credits and spend in Advertiser Billing. Publishers see payout status and payment references in Payouts. Include the relevant transaction, invoice or payout ID when opening a ticket.

Which currency does AdxLoad use?

AdxLoad uses USD only for advertiser balances, campaign budgets, bids, analytics and publisher payment records. Publisher payment delivery is recorded as USDT on the TRON network where enabled.

When is advertiser spend deducted?

Valid CPM impressions or CPC clicks reserve and deduct money from the advertiser prepaid balance in real time. Serving stops when the campaign cap is reached or the account no longer has usable funds.

Can publishers request manual payouts?

Publishers track current-month earnings, pending payments and paid records in their panel. The platform finance workflow creates and processes eligible payout records; no manual withdrawal button is exposed.

Publisher Monetization

How many ad zones can one domain use?

An approved domain can have up to five display zones and one zone for each enabled full-page format: in-page push, interstitial and popunder. A format marked Coming Soon by the administrator cannot be created.

Why must ads.txt be present?

The required ads.txt line confirms that AdxLoad is authorized to sell the domain inventory. Domain submission remains unavailable until both ownership verification and the exact ads.txt entry pass.

How is publisher traffic quality shown?

Publishers see the affected domain or zone, blocked traffic reason and valid versus non-quality percentages. At 20% or more non-quality traffic, the warning turns red and delivery may be limited until the source is corrected.

Campaigns & Bidding

Which ad formats and pricing models are supported?

Display, in-page push and interstitial campaigns support CPM or CPC. Display also requires an exact zone size. Popunder is always CPM and uses the advertiser landing URL.

How do CPM and CPC charges differ?

CPM charges for valid impressions and CPC charges for valid clicks. Country bids, campaign caps and the advertiser prepaid balance are checked before every eligible delivery.

Which creatives can advertisers upload?

Advertisers create either a display banner or a native creative inside the campaign wizard. Native creatives include a headline, text, image, landing link and call-to-action. Popunder uses only its approved landing URL.
